Around the lake: hiking and mountain biking. Mirepoix, Cathar Castles, Carcassonne, are nearby. Street food and gourmet markets to go out in the evening. Welcome to our apartment.

Apartment facing Lake Matemale

Apartment in a residence with children's games facing Lake Matemale (swimming allowed) 5 minutes' walk from the center (animal park, rail sledding, balneo center, bowling alley...) Living resort all seasons. The bedroom is separate with 140 bed, sofa bed in the living room with real 140 mattress. Bathroom remodeled. Very nice balcony for breakfast or meals or to drop off your bikes. The residence's swimming pool is closed following the drought present in our department.

Quiet cottage with garden by the Bay

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

A cozy living area features a deep purple sofa adorned with decorative pillows, set against a rustic stone wall. Soft lighting highlights the space, complemented by framed art on the walls and a wooden table nearby. The warm-colored flooring adds to the inviting ambiance.
