Very quiet house opposite the river and at the foot of the mountain. It has a beautiful rustic living room with wood burning stove, beams and exposed stones. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. There is also a very nice large covered terrace with views of the Sinsat cliffs and the valley. The garden with its pétanque court is private and fenced. In addition, you will have the opportunity to park there.

A cozy living area features a large, cushioned lounge area with decorative pillows. A small armchair is situated beside a bookshelf filled with various books. Stairs lead to an upper level, with warm lighting enhancing the yellow walls, creating a welcoming ambiance.

My house, I love it! The ground floor is comfortable like a nest, the 1st floor has the freshness of the children, under the roofs there is everything to feel like traveling .... The garden is my secret:) and 100m away, do not miss the Pila beach which allows you to swim in the waters of the river La Garonne.... 30 minutes from Toulouse, 45 minutes from the Pyrenees, 2 hours from the sea:)
