Charming cottage in the heart of a small village close to shops (bakery, bar, grocery store, pharmacy...) offering 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 1 terrace and 1 small piece of land. Ideally located 2 minutes from the Saint Genou lake (supervised swimming in summer, fishing, inflatable structure, snack, pony/donkey rides at the Auneau farm...), 15 minutes from the Brenne Nature Park, 40 minutes from Beauval Zoo, 30 minutes from the Haute Touche Reserve, 30 minutes from the Châteaux de Valencay.

In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.
