"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Seapine Studio with patio and garden

This apartment complex is set in the Lassi Resort area, in Kefalonia, a perfect place for couples, and families in search of comfortable, pleasant apartments by the sea. The accommodation comes with some views of the Ionion sea and surrounding area. Located only a few minutes by car to Argostoli, restaurants, bars and the popular beaches in Lassi. Also the airport is only 5-10 minute drive from the studios. The Apartments are located in an area with many hiking trails.

Decorated with pale colours and floral prints, all the studios and apartments at Mirtia offer air conditioning, and a TV. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and cooking hobs. All include 1 or 2 private bathrooms.
