Nelly built terraced house of 50m2 (538 sq ft) with spacious outdoors, swimming pool (shared with us), view on "les Albères. Sorède is advantageously located between sea and mountain. It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

My cozy and warm home was renovated in 2019. It is very bright with a skylight, two terraces, one overlooking the bell tower, the other overlooking the mountain. It combines modernity (open kitchen, designer furniture) in an old architecture (large art deco style staircase, terrace built on the rampart). Located in the heart of the village on a quiet street, it is 3 km from the beaches (bike path), 6 km from Collioure, 20 km from Spain and 1.5 hours from the ski slopes.

La Grange de Maya: atypical, sea, rural charm

The barn, located between Le Boulou and Argelès, at the foot of the Albères, has kept its stones and its old charm. It is located near the sandy beach and the rocky coast towards Collioure, near Spain, ideal for discovering the region. This accommodation, in a barn adjoining ours, is not intended to host parties and gatherings. It is designed in a family home spirit, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends of up to 4 people.

Duplex apartment located between the train station and the center with garden and private pool, closed kitchen, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a shower room with two toilets. The bathroom has a balneo bath for two and a relaxation area with a heated and massaging chair. You will have access to a private garden with outdoor jacuzzi, an outdoor dining area with private pool. A parking space for several cars is just in front of the apartment.
