Charming house, offering calm, serenity and wide open spaces. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comforts. 200 meters from the center , 300 meters from the port , 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The pool is heated from mid-May to September 30 and is secure, with a 1 meter beach for the little ones with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The villa is completely air-conditioned ( thermostats in each room)
