Two large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor. Children's bed is available + possibly extra mattresses for more guests. Single-family home of 230 m2 in a quiet child-friendly residential area. Good sun conditions. Short drive to great swimming opportunities both in the sea, river (Nidelva) and fresh water. About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.
