Lägenhet på cirka 35 kvm med sovloft. Våningssäng på botten och 140cm dubbelsäng på sovloft. I priset ingår sängkläder och handdukar. Kök med spis,ugn,micro,diskmaskin, kyl o frys. UNDER VINTERSÄSONGEN ÅLDERSGRÄNS MINST 25 ÅR (eller i målsmans sällskap) Egen ingång och uteplats. Väldigt centralt mitt i byn, gångavstånd till allt. Lämplig för två vuxna och två barn eller upp till TRE VUXNA. Lägenheten är del i ett privat hus med bofasta och därför är tystnad efter 22:00 ett krav. Inga fester!!

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

A charming entrance is framed by vertical wooden boards, painted in soft grey and accented with dark trim. A deep blue front door features a small window and a rustic lantern, complemented by a potted plant beside the doorway. Windows on either side reflect the natural surroundings.

Gångavstånd, en km, till tågstation och mataffärer i Åre centrum.

The ski-in-ski-out location up on the mountain offer a fantastic view of the valley, lake and Renfjället. A modern and cozy interior with all the amenities you and your family or friends need for a great stay. This place will make you feel at home! The peaceful and quiet surroundings give you a close to nature feeling that will stay with you after you've left.

The living area features large windows that provide expansive views of the surrounding landscape. A comfortable black sofa and armchair are arranged around a circular wooden coffee table. Soft textures are introduced through cushions and a fur throw, while potted plants add a touch of greenery.

Three double bedrooms and one room with three beds. Close to cross country skiing and biking and other facilites like restaurants and stores and only one ski lift from Åre Town. Beautiful area as well during spring, summer and autumn with trails for walking and cycling right outside the door. About 5 k to Åre Town by car.

Finns hundspann och fiske. 300 m till Ica Bua som har allt man behöver. Nära till fantastiskt bad. Avresstäd kan eventuellt ordnas.
