IMPORTANT: SPA AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 1 TO OCTOBER 31 Adorable little townhouse completely renovated at the foot of the slopes of the Hermitage with garden equipped with a Jacuzzi spa. The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped 20 m2 living room and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs the 20 m2 bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed. The sofa bed on the ground floor completes the sleeping arrangements. Possibility of parking a car safely under cover.

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

1.5 km from the Ardèche gorges, at No. 89 Rue de la Vieille Route in Saint-Julien de Peyrolas (Gard), in a quiet area, La Peyrolaise, 110 m2 of living space on a ground floor of the same area, offers a large play/relaxation area. Its capacity for 10 people is ideal for a large family or group of friends. In Provence Occitane, on the borders of Gard, Ardèche, Drôme and Vaucluse, it is in the heart of many major tourist sites that are quickly accessible.
