The cottage flanks the vines with an uninterrupted view over our organic vineyard towards the estuary on the horizon. Relax on the terrace and take in its generous views over the landscape, take a dip in your own private pool, open late May-Sept, or stroll through the vines and woodlands that are both equally abundant in the area.

A very large bathroom with double sink, Italian shower and independent toilet. A parking spot on the street in front of the unit.

Located in the heart of the Médoc along the Châteaux route, 30 minutes from the lakes and the Atlantic coast. 3 minutes away is an SNCF and bus station, as well as the Lamarque ferry. Not to mention it's 1 hour from the bay

On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
