New addition of two air-conditioned areas (living room and double bedroom). It is a completely renovated plant,with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two single beds of 90cm. We have wifi,Wii,TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Independent bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent at the discretion of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Murcia, 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Casino, Theater, Restaurants... Cozy, charming, bright and renovated. The 70m apartment has two double bedrooms. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, Smart TV 55" and high-speed Wifi. . Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for long stays.
