A large, open modern studio apartment on the ground floor of a Victorian. There's a stream of activity on the street, walking and biking. It's a swell, safe neighborhood with professors, students, families. Outside the apartment door you may enjoy coffee or a cocktail at the garden table. The kitchen is complete and part of the living room, which works well for groups, with the counter island, futon sofa, lounge chair, and kitchen table with chairs.
