The house is located in Arcachon itself, in the Abatilles district, near Pereire beach on a quiet street, with shops nearby. Large wooded plot, can park several cars. The house has two furnished terraces. It has a large living/dining room, a very well-equipped open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 renovated in 2020 and a master suite in 2017 and 2024) and a mezzanine, as well as a bathroom renovated in 2019, separate toilets and a laundry room. Fiber OK.

Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little renovated fisherman's house, bright. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively, our little house loses its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
