The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. We have 2 chalets available for booking, called Chalet 1 and Chalet 2. If this one is unavailable on the date of interest, try Chalet 2. If you can't find the other chalet, you can contact us and we'll send you the Airbnb link. Our chalet is located within our property, but with exclusive space around it for guests. The chalet is on a plateau overlooking the valley in a quiet setting for relaxation. The chalet is ideal for 3 people, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

Casa Mugango

Casa Mugango is in Cunha, in the district of Campos Novos, about 25 km from the center, with 19 km of paved roads! A place in the countryside with internet that is perfect for home office. The house is surrounded by patches of forest, and wild animals, insects, spiders and frogs can be found. During the rainy season, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. Otherwise, I provide free transportation until 5 p.m. on the dirt road (your car will be at the neighboring property).

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
