The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The house also has a (private) swimming pool with a table, chairs, barbecue grill, wood-burning stove, and an outdoor shower. And to top it all off, the property offers a breathtaking view of the Serra da Índia mountain range and the trees.

Chalet 1 to relax in nature

We have 2 chalets available for booking, called Chalet 1 and Chalet 2. If this one is unavailable on the date of interest, try Chalet 2. If you can't find the other chalet, you can contact us and we'll send you the Airbnb link. Our chalet is located within our property, but with exclusive space around it for guests. The chalet is on a plateau overlooking the valley in a quiet setting for relaxation. The chalet is ideal for 3 people, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor.
