Terraz is a unique spacious room with kitchen - 3 guests & 01 additional guest at extra charge can be accommodated, a large covered terrace, great view of saulem lake and greenery on the 4th floor of Casa nadella with lift. The room consists of 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed with smart tv, AC, dressing table, wardrobe, wifi, large washroom with geyser and ample parking space. The kitchen has an induction cook top, fridge, washing machine kettle, basic kitchenette. Checkin : 2pm onwards.

Serendipity Cottage in Calangute-Baga.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. When spending time watching the birds & the bees, enjoying leisurely cups of tea, chatting on the balcony was part of the day. Surrounded by trees, you see another side of Goa. Yet you are literally 5 mins away from the party hub of Goa.

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities. Experience Goa of long ago with early morning walks, cycling, or just nature watching.
