Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Relax over Summer @ the Lighthouse

(Edit 22/12/25: Unfortunately we were affected by the recent fires in Dolphin Sands. Our block was burned, but the Lighthouse itself was saved by firefighters. The beautiful surrounding bush has been lost. See photos) We think our architecturally designed house is a perfect romantic getaway. The studio enjoys its own private deck and garden area to relax as well as off street parking, with separate access from a main house, so you can come and go as you please. Ideally located with many of the towns attractions only minutes walk away including the town centre and its many eateries and shops, Bicheno blow hole and picturesque Rice Pebble Beach.

Relax at this tranquil getaway and take in the amazing view of the ocean from the deck. Leave the blinds open and wake up to a beautiful ocean sunrise. By day, you will see seals lazing on the rocks and may catch a glimpse of whales on their migration. At night, quietly watch for the penguins walking up to their burrows. Shops, restaurants, beaches and boat ramp are all within 15 min walk. Fabulous wineries, great bush walks, National Parks and Wine Glass Bay are within 30 min by car.
