Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, η επιφάνειά του διαμερίσματος είναι 48 τ.μ. και επιπλέον έχει μεγάλες βεράντες ανατολικά και δυτικά 45 τ.μ. με θέα θάλασσα (συνολική επιφάνεια ορόφου 93 τ.μ.) Το διαμέρισμα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 6 άτομα.
