In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

The kitchen has a large dining table and is equipped with all appliances. There are two bathrooms, one newly renovated in March 2026, and 3 toilets available. There is a dining table in the yard. Quiet despite the central location. Washing machine is available, as is Wi-Fi and 2 TVs.

Our two apartments in Mörbisch, furnished with a lot of love, are waiting for you :-))) We are very much looking forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m², has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. It doesn't get any closer to the lake and the village center :-) Still very quiet and idyllic.
