Welcome to Apelviken! Here is a newly renovated cottage with two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower stall. In the cozy guest house, there is a bunk bed and a toilet. There is a trailer with a double bed. In the garden, there is an inviting patio with a barbecue grill and a gazebo for dinners during the long summer evenings! It is only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach where there are barbecue areas, playgrounds, an outdoor gym, mini golf, surfing, restaurants, bars and swimming.

Private fenced patio in sunny location with comfortable outdoor furniture, a barbecue and sea views. Parking for one car next to the house. Apelviken beach is a short walk away, about 5 minutes. A walk to the city center takes about 15 minutes.

Charging box for electric car. Most of the time, you have access to the garden with sea views all by yourself without being disturbed by neighbors. The cottage is located on the property of a summer cottage that is almost only used during the summer.

There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The apartment is fully equipped, if there is a special need for something more, we can definitely solve this. However, it can be a little sensitive, because it is an old house.
