In the cozy guest house, there is a bunk bed and a toilet. There is a trailer with a double bed. In the garden, there is an inviting patio with a barbecue grill and a gazebo for dinners during the long summer evenings! It is only a couple of minutes' walk to the beach where there are barbecue areas, playgrounds, an outdoor gym, mini golf, surfing, restaurants, bars and swimming.

Parking for one car is available on site, you may not park along the street. Private part of the terrace, barbecue, outdoor furniture and only 150 meters to saltwater swimming on the west coast's finest beach. 120 meters to the nearest restaurant and in just a 5-minute walk you can reach more restaurants in the bay. Super cozy accommodation almost directly on the beach in Apelviken / Södra Näs. A small cottage of 15 sqm that is located on our property. There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower and TV. The patio has a radiant sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

The sea is in three directions with several swimming areas. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. You/You have your own entrance and also have the proximity to Varberg center where the Fortress, Societetsparken, Varbergs Torg and Kallbadhuset are nice excursions.

The house has a sleeping loft with room for two people, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (160 cm) on the lower floor. Crib can be arranged.
