Located in the heart of the Drôme, at the foot of the Vercors with its exceptional view of the valley, our cottage will welcome you in a green setting. A haven of tranquility close to the picturesque villages of the region. Renovated in 2019, you will have all the comforts necessary for a successful stay: large garden not overlooked and large terrace, children's playhouse, TV, internet, game room with pool table and foosball table, a closed area to store your bikes... everything for beautiful memories!

Independent accommodation of 70m2. Pretty little house in the city center of Crest consisting of a dining kitchen and a living room on the ground floor opening onto a garden of 40m2, and a beautiful bedroom with terrace of 15m2 upstairs with bathroom. This place is my primary residence, so you'll find all the amenities you need. You will be quiet thanks to the configuration of the house that overlooks the garden while being in the heart of the city. Everything is in the immediate vicinity on foot.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Passive house, built with natural materials, it is a zen cocoon. It is very well insulated, very bright. Its configuration allows you to enjoy different outdoor spaces. Close to the village center, and the VéloDrôme, 5 minutes from Crest, its riverside location makes it a place connected to nature. You can enjoy the permaculture garden and its space under the trees. The view of the village and the Drôme offers a soothing atmosphere.
