Παραδοσιακά φτιαγμένη η κατοικία σε ελάχιστα μέτρα από την θάλασσα με κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα, tv και ντουλάπα , τουαλέτα με κτιστά είδη υγειινής , καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι και πολυθρόνα -κρεβάτι , tv και κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με πλήρη κλιματισμό μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 5 άτομα Το αυτοκίνητο σταματάει στα 80 μέτρα από την κατοικία και και η πρόσβαση είναι με σκαλιά και παραδοσιακό δρομάκι. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

House by the sea

Η εξοχική μας κατοικία βρίσκεται στην παραλία της Νάουσας (Aosa), στην Κύθνο, μέσα σε οικόπεδο 1 στρέμματος. Είναι μια κλιματιζόμενη κατοικία 60 τ.μ., λίγα μόλις βήματα από τη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και δύο αυλές σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα. Στην επάνω αυλή υπάρχει πέργκολα με ξύλινο σκίαστρο 2plank και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται μέσω ιδιωτικού δρόμου, διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και κουφώματα αλουμινίου με σίτες σε όλα τα ανοίγματα.

Ξεκινήστε τη μέρα σας με έναν καφέ στο γραφικό μας μπαλκόνι, απολαμβάνοντας την νησιώτικη ατμόσφαιρα και σχεδιάζοντας τις εξορμήσεις σας. Με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως και 4 ατόμων, το σπίτι μας είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που αναζητούν ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση μέσα στα όμορφα σοκάκια της Κύθνου.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
