Located in a fishing village, the apartment is on the upper floor of the house that the owner lives in. Quiet location 50 meters from the beach. A bush taxi service provides the connection with Antsiranana, the capital of the province, 18 km away. (45 min. ATMs, pharmacies, internet). Kite surfing sites and schools and PADI diving center nearby. Various excursions possible in the surroundings: Montagne des Français, Montagne d'Ambre, Mer d'Émeraude, Les Trois Baies, etc.

Nounou welcomes you in his beautiful 85m2 apartment comprising 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with shower room included and an air-conditioned bedroom with separate shower room, a large fully equipped kitchen and a superb ventilated living room with TV and Wifi. NouNou as its name designates is professional (French childcare diploma), she can in addition to make you excellent breakfasts, prepare you good meals and of course keep your children if needed.

Thanks to its large bay windows, the bungalow enjoys optimal brightness. The terrace area and the varangue invite you to enjoy the sun and the sweetness of the night. It sleeps 2, great for a getaway or rest while enjoying the 3 km of white sand beach of Ramena.

Due to its size, its volumes, its breathtaking view of the Sugarloaf from the bedrooms, terraces and its services: fitness area, yoga/meditation room, Berkey water purifier that ensures you better water than mineral waters, generator for power outages and water reserve of 2000 liters available during water outages, a housekeeper who provides cleaning every day as well as a day caretaker and two at night.
