This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 680 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 and is located in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Features a full kitchen, electric fireplace, in unit laundry, and private deck with stunning Lake Bellaire sunset views. You'll be in the heart of Shanty Creek! It's only a short walk to the Summit Golf Course & Shanty Town. You will have access to the beach club on Lake Bellaire and the Snowshoe outdoor pool. As of March 2026, resort pool access is no longer included.

Whether you enjoy skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, orv'ing, sightseeing, or just lying on the beach, we have it all. So come hit the trails or enjoy our golf course then when done for the day, head back to a flaming fireplace or watch the stars by the firepit in summer. Resort amenities including the beach, when open, are available at ADDITIONAL COST and registration. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog maximum, no cats. Downhill is a studio condo outfitted with a Queen bed and a twin pull out sofa. The white hotel linens are provided during your stay as well as bath towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. You will also find the kithenette stocked with items to prep a quick meal. There are dishes for 4, cups, plates, bowls and silverware and a compact refigerator. This is the smaller lock off condo which is part of Hilltop (sleeps 10). Ask about our other rentals should you need more space

My place is close to Lake Bellaire and has the use of private beach, Torch Lake is nearby, Traverse City (30 min), many great golf courses, skiing in winter (Schuss Mountain), mountain biking (Glacial Hills), Shorts Brewery, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views (stream behind condo), the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
