Spacious Private Lower Level Suite

This spacious lower level guest suite is a beautiful and comfortable space located just a half hour northwest of the Twin Cities. The suite consists of two sleeping rooms (2 queen beds and one futon), a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a living room, and a large office space. With almost 1000 sf of private space, there is ample room to rest and relax at the leather sectional watching Netflix on the 70" smart TV or work at the executive desk. Outside seating and fire pit to enjoy and watch nature.

Our property is located on a quiet residential street with a new playground and large grass area in the back yard. We are located just blocks from the Mississippi River where there are local concerts every Thursday at MC Crossings. You can also rent pontoon boats on the river through My Boat Club. We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
