This restored property is located on a small square and one of the major streets of Chorion connecting the Agios Athanassios church with the neighbourhood of Lieni. The house maintains its original cobblestone floor and painted in yellow ochre and carmine tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. Little Blue in Chorio, Symi

This unique place has a style all its own. Lovely one bedroom house in the windmill district of Chorio not far from both Pedi bay and the harbor with easy access to the village. Peaceful open views of Pedi valley and the mountains. The location is easily accessed by bus and taxi. Little Blue as the house is known, has a living/dining area and kitchen upstairs and a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom downstairs. There are two daybeds in the living room for additional sleeping areas.

The exterior of Portokali House features traditional white stone walls complemented by green window shutters. A balcony is visible, adorned with wrought iron railing, while an olive tree provides shade below. A large terra cotta pot adds an authentic touch to the charming facade.

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
