South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbor which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.
