Charming 2BD/2BR with Big Water Views on the beach

Our charming 2 BR/ 2 Bath condo has wonderful unobstructed views of Anna Maria Sound. It was totally remodeled in 2020. The property is in the Bradenton Beach area of Anna Maria Island. The Beach is right across the street with deeded access. The pool is the largest heated pool on the island. Bikes and kayaks are included. A free trolley stop is right in front of the property. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The 2nd bedroom has both a queen bed and a bunk bed for larger parties.

Cute 1Bedroom Beach condo, only steps from beach!

Enjoy beautiful Bradenton Beach in our newly refurnished vacation rental. We invite you to lounge by our crystal blue pool, swim in the calm gulf waters, or walk along AMI's sugar sand beaches. 2 guests are ideal in our 1 bedroom queen apartment, but we have a double height 24 inch queen air mattress to accomodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and features full sized fridge, stove, oven & coffee maker. The unit has high speed wifi, smartTV, Netflix, cable, & DVD.

A heated pool is surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. Lounge chairs are positioned along the perimeter, and a gentle blue hue reflects off the water. The two-story buildings in the background create a tranquil resort-like setting.

Oceanfront Condo for Beach Lovers

Located in Anna Maria Island Club - Our home away from home. Wonderful Panoramic View of Gulf of Mexico. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, heated pool, hot tub. Balcony overlooking the Gulf. Near to restaurants and shops. The heated pool and the hot tub is renovated. The elevator is working and we have a new security system. We had no hurricane this season . Everything is better than before the hurricanes last year.

Our 2nd floor Condo features 781 sq ft, 2 bedroom 1 k bd, and 1 full size bed, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining and living room, patio with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Washer and dryer in unit! Grocery shopping / special request available upon request, before your arrival. No smoking within 100 feet of the building.

The living area features a seating arrangement with two blue sofas and a light coffee table. A ceiling fan is present, along with a beige recliner. Large glass doors open to a lanai, allowing natural light to fill the room, complemented by coastal-themed art on the walls.
