Welcome to a small summer house with that little extra, nicely located at the edge of the forest with large sunny terrace and minutes walk to the lake (300m) Ånimmen for swimming and fishing. Tastefully renovated interior with two smaller bedrooms, possibility of a third in open plan (separable with drapery), as well as a combined kitchen and living room with cozy fireplace. Spacious terrace in lush forest garden where chanterelles and berries usually coexist with moose and deer.

Relax in this peaceful place to stay. Newly built cottage a stone's throw from the lake. Proximity to farm shop (Larssons gårdsbutik on social media) as well as lovely hiking trails in the forest. Fantastic place in Dalsland with proximity to Not Quite, Sörknatten, Håverud, Tollebols mill and Yttre Bodane. We are renovating the house next door, so there may be building materials on that plot. Hope it doesn't interfere with your stay. The swimming area by the cottage is private. There are several public swimming areas nearby.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
