The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Newly built guest house near Gothenburg city center

Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
