Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and is located in the left wing of our double-farmhouse, built around 1796. The separate entrance gives you the feeling to live in your own house. Exposed facades on the inner walls, some with glazing and colored sandstone elements lend this accommodation a special charm. Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim, PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and technical museum Sinsheim ~ 10 min drive. The event location ‚Landgut Schloss Michelfeld‘ is a 2 minutes walk.

Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Raus | Cabin overlooking picturesque vineyards

At our location Weinbergblick there are 2 cabins tucked away between blackberry shrubs on a meadow and surrounded by picturesque vineyards that belong to a charming winery just a few steps away. Through the blackberry bushes, you can look out over fields of oats, rapeseed, and wheat. At dawn, you may spot deer and field hares darting through the grass and listen to the song of numerous birds flying over your cabin.

In our comfortably furnished studio apartment, in trendy country style, you can relax and still be quickly in the middle of the action. The apartment is at your sole disposal, has its own access and parking, but is not barrier-free accessible. For this you have your own terrace with a view of the garden. Here you can relax and enjoy your time out.

Komfortables kleines 1 Bett-Apartment. Bestens ausgestattet für Geschäftsreisende. Selbständiger Check in ist jederzeit nach 15:00 Uhr möglich. In dem bequemen 1,60 m Bett können ein bis zwei Personen sehr gut schlafen. Das Bad befindet sich über den Flur, wird aber nur von diesem Apartment genutzt. Täglicher Zimmerservice ist inclusive.
