Featuring a queen bed, dresser, 42” tv & fire stick w/ streaming accounts, wifi, full length mirror, recliner, eating table & chairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, & all the needed bathroom accessories. Full kitchenette w/ microwave, dual burner, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker, & more. Owner lives on property.

Studio Apartment on ground level. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico w/short boat/kayak ride. Queen-size bed and pullout sofa. Microwave, coffee maker, stove top, refrigerator/freezer, 62" Smart TV, gas BBQ. Hot tub (only available from Oct 1st-May 31st) Enjoy the sun, beautiful nature of Anclote River with 3 kayaks and 3 paddle boards. Daily sightings of dolphins, manatees and many species of birds passing by. Fish right off the sea wall. Beach is a short 2-miles away. Overnight boat docking.

The Perfect location for a short drive to Anclote River Park 12 min, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and see some amazing sunsets. Miss Vicki's restaurant on the water for a afternoon lunch or dinner. Rent a boat and go to anclote Island and find some amazing shells. Don't forget The Sponge capital of the world in Tarpon Springs just a 11 minute drive from us. A quiet neighborhood, private suite, with private entrance, for two guest only and no babies,children, pets.
