Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The location is particularly favorable. It is an hour and a half from Athens, five minutes from Akrata. It combines the beauty, tranquility and safety of a private beach without traffic and cars, while nightlife lovers can enjoy it in the surrounding areas - Akrata, Derveni or Platanos. My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
