Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο χωρίο Λαγκάδα, 3 χλμ από το λιμάνι και την παραλία της Αιγιάλης. Προσφέρει θέα στη θάλασσα αλλά και στο βουνό. Απέχει λεπτό από την στάση του λεωφορείου και από την κεντρική πλατεία της Λαγκάδας. Είναι άνετο, ευρύχωρο, έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και είναι ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένας επισκέπτης ενώ ξεχωρίζει το μπαλκονακι που έχει θέα το λιμάνι του νησιού !Τέλος σε κοντινή αποσταση απο το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων.
