Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Welcome to Bénouville in a 50 m² independent apartment located in the basement of our house, accessible by the garage ramp where you can park. Bénouville and Pegasus Bridge (1 km from the house) will be your starting point for visiting the beaches of Calvados and the iconic Normandy landing sites. Located 9 km from Caen, 4 km from Ouistreham, you can get there by bike via the greenway along the Caen-la-Mer Canal or by car.

Located on a dune, under the pine trees, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all food shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
