Students and interns welcome for longer stays. We share our bathroom with our guests. The bedrooms are on the first floor at the top of a flight of stairs. Guests are cautioned that stairs, like cars and electricity are dangerous if used without due care. Contrary to one misleading review, the rental is both legal and safe.

This room would be ideal for someone working at Utrecht Science Park for some time. PLEASE NOTE: This room does NOT include use of a kitchen. For tourists an amount of €2.50 tourist tax per night is mandatory. This can be paid upon arrival.

A beautiful familyhouse built in the thirties. In very cosy familystreet near the central station of Amersfoort.(10 minutes walk) Nearby the centre of the city Amersfoort.(10 minutes walking distance) You hire this place with our cat! Free parking in our street in front of the house in case you arrive by car. The garden can be closed by a lock in case you have bicycles to be stalled. You Can also use the carport to put them under to be dry.

A nice familyhouse built in 1928, in a very quiet and cosy street, near the trainstation (15 min walk), the Zoo (Dierenpark Amersfoort), the forest and historical citycenter (10 min bicycle). In 35 min you travel by train to Amsterdam or other cities. You can use our typical Dutch bikes for transport. Mind you! We welcome catlovers -with no cat-allergy- who wants to feed our cats. They come outside and in the livingroom, NOT in the bedrooms.

We are in Amersfoort-Zuid, near estate den Treek and the Utrecht ridge. Ideal places to enjoy nature!
