Former police station, now cozy tiny house

Dit voormalig politieburo , zeer centraal gelegen aan de rand van de dorpskern van Nes, is in 2019 volledig verbouwd tot een knus 2p vakantiehuisje. Met eigen ingang en terras/tuin. Vanuit de rust rondom De Cel loop je zo het mooie dorpje Nes in, met vele gezellige winkeltjes en een verscheidenheid aan horeca faciliteiten. Fietsverhuur om de hoek, gratis parkeren op straat, bushalte voor de deur, vlakbij bos (500m) en het goudgele strand (1500m). Honden toegestaan, graag eerst even overleg.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Since we discovered the Wadden Islands, we keep coming back. Ameland is sea, beach, nature, tranquility, sports and games: golf, yoga, jogging, cycling, mountain biking, walking, mudflat walking, horseback riding, swimming, (kite-buggy-wind) surfing, parachuting, but also lying on the beach, seal- and bird watching. There are beach pavilions, restaurants, terraces, churches, art galleries, windmills, museums and the November art month. Great apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, 4 large beds.

Chalet Nes Ameland 1 minute from the beach.

The chalet is located on the beach crossing. In addition, you are within 5 minutes cycling in the nicest village of the island! The chalet has good, solid beds so good night's sleep is guaranteed. In addition, there are decent pans and knives so you can cook well. There is a very spacious shower cabin with a large boiler which allows you to shower hot for 20 minutes without any problem. It's so nice! For children, games and crafts are available. During the summer, there's animation.

The apartment is modernly furnished and has recently been completely renovated. In the kitchen you can cook and at the large dining table you can enjoy dining. The TV can be watched on the lounge sofa and even Netflix is in the subscription. The apartment is only 300 meters from the beach and also nearby are the dunes and the forest. Everything is within walking distance. In the village, 5 minutes cycling is a cozy shopping street, several restaurants and 2 supermarkets.

Includes 2 swimming cards for indoor pool, indoor play paradise and sainitair building (with toilets and free showers and with washing machines and dryers), 4 bicycles. During July and August at least 1 week, changeover day saturday or Friday.
