Het gebouw is in traditionele Amelander boerderij-stijl gerealiseerd en ruim opgezet. Ook prima geschikt met kinderen, de gedeelde tuin heeft een speeltoestel. Út fan Hûs is a selfcatering holiday accommodation for 2 people on Ameland. Út fan Hûs is located on the edge of the village of Nes, within walking distance of the harbour. There is a 30m2 south-facing terrace at the apartment. The distance to the beach is about 2000 metres.
