Really nice typically spanish house with private pool, 3 bedrooms (one matrimonial bed, two single beds, 1 convertible sofa in the 3rd bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one of which is private to the parent bedroom), kitchen, living space, terrace, private parking and garden. Close to the sea (which is visible from the house) and amazing beaches with cristal water. Next to the pool a pergola will bring you freshness and sun protection while the rest of family will enjoy the pool and sunbeds.

The Villa is located on the first line of the sea with absolutely amazing views of the main attraction of the Costa Blanca - the rock Penon de Ifach. The huge infinity heated pool has a length of 17 meters and is suitable for diving (max depth 2.5 meters). The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. This unique character is appreciated in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
