Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lovely social areas and garden. A home near the park and morning swimming, yet centrally located. A perfect place to stay if you like to fish. The accommodation includes bed linens and towels, which I take care of after your stay, but as a guest you are expected to leave the accommodation in nice and clean condition. If I need to clean up after you, you will be charged an extra fee of SEK 1,500.

The proximity to the beloved lake Ömmeln allows you to see the lake from all bedrooms in the house. The house is built with harmony in back tanks, for relaxing and socializing. Private beach and hot tubs for swimming. If you want to go out and explore the lake, there are two canoes. On the sun deck, you can enjoy long summer evenings with food and drink.

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Nature accommodation in Karlstad

A quarter of an hour from Karlstad is our guest house overlooking sheep meadows and Lake Alstern. With socializing in front of the fireplace or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. It is a perfect starting point for those who like to be out in nature or want to visit Karlstad. We have many great tips to share for those who wish. In the nearby lake Gapern, we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time on request.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. This large house is extremely suitable for larger groups, family, friends. Attractively furnished house that is available all year round for vacation rentals. The house is rented with beds made, and plenty of linens are provided. Around the house is a large garden and the neighbors are at a sufficient distance. From the house, you can walk into the woods or to the lake. The house is also easily accessible under winter conditions.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
