A nice studio in a cozy atmosphere that can accommodate two people, located in a quiet location in Châtillon-sur-Thouet, 5 min drive or 15 min walk from Parthenay. Access to the shared garden with the upper accommodation is possible, to enjoy the outdoors. Ideally located for sightseeing trips: 1 hour from Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, 45 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Charente and Vendée coasts. Horseback riding. Duvet with cover not provided, possible for an extra charge of €20. Towels not provided. No smoking in the tree house.

Parthenay our "little Carcassonne", pretty medieval town, but also its Game Festival in July, great cavalcade for the weekend of Pentecost, a long greenway for hiking or cycling. My garden and terrace are at your disposal, pets on site 2 cats and a dog.
