Quiet townhouse close to downtown, nature and beach

Family-friendly and charming house on a very quiet road in a unique neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a private garden with a sunny terrace. A lovely place to enjoy the tranquility after a day of experiences. It's a small oasis with plenty of space for relaxation and coziness just 4 metro stops from the heart of Copenhagen. Not far from the house is also Amager beach and Royal Arena. You'll be joined by Murphy, our sweet cat, who wants to be fed once a day. There is easy free parking about 150 meters from the house.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Small, modern house in charming and quiet urban community (in Danish: helårs-haveforening) in walking distance to the metro that will take you to the city center in 9 minutes. Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Close to the center of Copenhagen and the beach.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. Nice basement apartment with two big bedrooms and bathroom with wc and shower. Both bedlinen and towels are included. In the garden there is a annex with two single beds. You have you own entrance and outside area, where you can do barbecue. You can walk to the train station within 10 min where the commuter train will take to Copenhagen central station in 9 min. Walking distance from Copenhagen airport. Free parking on private ground.
