Ground floor: kitchen and smaller living room with dining table and piano. 1st floor: bedroom with queen-size bed. 2nd floor: living room and bedroom with two single beds 200 meters to the subway. 1 stop to Kgs Nytorv. 12 minutes to the airport. The apartment is in bright colors and has been completely renovated. There are 2 bedrooms with three-quarter beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Nice, small basement apartment (30 sqm) in a large house from 2018 in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Amager beach and metro and 15 minutes by bike to Copenhagen city center. Enjoy a getaway for two adults, possibly plus an extra person. Mattress can be borrowed. The apartment is part of our house, but with its own entrance. We will therefore possibly be home to welcome you and ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need; refrigerator, service, oven, microwave, etc. Access to laundry room by appointment.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
