Enjoying an elegant experience at this centrally located home. 200 m2 large house distributed on 3 levels with large surfaces for socializing. Exclusive Scandinavian interior 4 bedrooms. 12 minutes by car to city. 20min by bus. Älvsjömässan a 7 minute walk. Dining room with direct exit to heated salt water pool 7x3.5 m. (Open April-Oct) Fully equipped luxury kitchen. Spacious patio with lounge furniture and barbecue. Nice garden. Basement with laundry room and rooms with sauna and bathtub. Spacious parking by the house.

Newly renovated with preserved charm such as pearls, wooden floors, tile stove, fireplace, mirror doors and splashed windows. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Detached sauna with beautiful views. Detached charming bar with large terrace.. Large brick barbecue. Nice bathing cliffs and the sea restaurant Skeppskatten within walking distance. 45 minutes by car to Stockholm city. 50 minutes by car to Arlanda Airport.

Quiet villa at Huddinge.

Stylish villa 110 sqm in quiet area close to the forest and nature. 10-15 mins by car to City and about 50 mins by municipal. Large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and sofa group, wood-fired sauna and year-round wood-fired / electric hot tub. Need to know The home has 2 bedrooms with a 90 bed in one room and a 180 bed in the master bedroom. There's also a 90 bed to put out in the bedroom you want to sleep. A lived in house on site is available but nothing that disturbs. Locked walk-in in master bedroom.

Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

The cottage entrance features a welcoming wooden porch with steps leading up to double doors. Decorative wreaths adorn the doors, and soft lights are strung around the porch. Nearby, a pair of shoes and a black umbrella are placed on the wooden floor.

Beautiful cottage, idyllic nature, near StockholmC

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic location close to Lake Mälaren and of the view from the balcony. Subway is a short walk away & it takes 10min by subway from Alvik into town. You can also walk over to Kungsholmen. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Close to a cozy beach and swimming jetties. At one of the parks there is access to tennis court, boule courts, football field, skateboard ramps and a small outdoor gym.
