You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have Wi-Fi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but without an oven. Air conditioning. A separate bathroom on the same floor and heated floors throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be shared or independent at the discretion of each guest. A balcony with beautiful views and a backyard.

The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower with a rain showerhead. A sleek wooden shelf holds neatly arranged towels above a dark cabinet. Natural light enters through a window adorned with green plants, creating a fresh and airy environment.

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

A serene landscape features the winding Río Segura flanked by lush greenery and rolling hills. The still water reflects the surrounding mountains and trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Various small islands covered in reeds are visible throughout the river.
