Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

The traditional wooden house features a solar panel system on the roof. Surrounding greenery provides a peaceful rural setting, with a lawn leading up to the structure. A spacious terrace is visible, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

We're excited to open our beautiful home to guests when we can't use it ourselves. It is a smaller terraced house (77 m ²). It has 2 bedrooms (double beds: 180 x 200 cm) and a bathroom in the. On the first floor is the kitchen, combined living/dining room and terrace with breathtaking lake and mountain views. It is a retreat and relaxation place overlooking nature.
