Beautiful new apartment located on the ground floor of a detached house, quiet at the entrance to the village of Levie. there is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a sink on a chestnut board. The kitchen is open to a large living room with sofa and TV. A large covered terrace with dining area is accessible from the kitchen. There is full access to the garden. The apartment is very functional and pleasant. Pellet stove and reversible air conditioning.

Traditional Corsican house inspired by old stone and wood sheepfolds. Modern comfort and heated pool in the heart of the maquis. Quiet, mountain view. This 40 m2 "Caseddu" consists of a living room with kitchenette, living room and fireplace and a bedroom with shower room and separate toilet. Equipped with discreet equipment, it provides all the necessary modern comforts. Outside, wooden terrace and heated pool (10 m2) offer stunning mountain views.

A small outdoor seating area is featured outside the entrance, which includes a round table and two folding chairs. The window above is framed by white shutters, and the stone wall adds to the character of the space.

This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.
