This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
