The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lush garden. In the house there is 1 double bed, small table with chairs, TV, fridge, coffee maker & toilet with sink, but no shower. Shower and washing machine are available in the main house in the basement with private entrance if desired. Baby cot if needed. Bed linens, towels & cleaning included.

You’ll find a local bakery and food store within a 2 km walk and Nyckelviken nature reserve just 1 km away.

A cozy and spacious home in a peaceful, green neighborhood near the city center. Welcome to Villeberg, a unique turn-of-the-century property in Nacka. Frequent buses depart every 5–11 minutes to Slussen, the heart of Södermalm, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes. On-site parking is available (first spot on the left). The house spans 140 m² and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, an open fireplace, a TV room, a laundry machine, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.

The house sits on a substantial 2,000 sqm plot surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and near the idyllic Älvsalaviken. The generous terrace areas, which spans over 150 sqm, provides a perfect setting for outdoor living. It's equipped with a sizeable gas grill. For leisure and play, there are several lawns, a trampoline and swings. Wood-fired hot tub available for a surcharge.

Forget about everyday worries in this modern spacious home close to nature and cooling baths from both beach and cliffs. Only 1.5 miles from central Stockholm. Close to Bagarsjön and Skurusundet and nice walks along the water. Good communication by bus in 5 min walking distance and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Private entrance to the lower floor (about 55 sqm) on family-parhouse and private patio with seating furniture.

Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
