This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Semi-detached house with garden close to Stockholm

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Welcome to our Small House with loft in a private area of the Garden. The house is spacious with living room, kitchen and bathroom at first floor and a loft with cozy feeling and queen size bed. Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!

Här kan du bo i ett hus direkt vid havskanten i Stockholms skärgård. Endast 30 minuter med bil från Stockholms innerstad. Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. A very functional house with well planned 60m². Very bright and spacious feel with high ceiling and traditional yet modern Scandinavian design. This house was built in 2008 as a guesthouse next to our main building and was renovated 2025. Great for friends, couples or the outdoor adventurer with the forest and lakes just around the corner, a spectacular setting in the most beautiful area of Tyresö.

The living area features large windows offering views of the surrounding landscape. A cozy sofa is positioned next to a coffee table, complemented by two wicker chairs. A dining table sits nearby, and a fireplace adds warmth to the space. Natural light fills the room.

I have a charming, new one bedroom guest house, 40m2, in Nacka right outside Stockholm city center, 5-10min by car, or 20 by buss. It's located in a suburb on a hill above a small lake with a beautiful wide open view of the surroundings. Green recreation areas with hiking and biking trails around the corner.

Large windows offer a scenic view of the water, allowing natural light to fill the living space. A comfortable seating area with cushions is positioned beside the windows, complemented by potted plants that add a touch of greenery.
