Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely newly renovated studio apartment (granny apartment) on 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee maker (pads), toaster, microwave and induction stovetop. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.

My place is close to the city center, the Alsdorfer pond and the zoo. Restaurants, shopping facilities, and the cinema are within walking distance. The city of Aachen is easily accessible with public transportation. Bus and regional train stop are within 3 minutes. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the comfortable bed.
